So from seeing that the being in a certain brain wave pattern can affect your thoughts it makes sense in order to relax than you would need to enhance certain frequencies. Most people in a society brains’ are operating at beta which is related to stress and excitement. So in order to lessen this you will need either to meditate or listen to binaural beats. In the orient meditation practitioners knew that meditating helped balance the brain although they never actually had no scientific proof.
